I just returned from the Michfest Womyn festival where I had a blast, where I was honored to witness the fierceness of Amazon Womyn.
Now, family bond: my family is visiting from France. So thanksful, and much needed time with them.

Today, I heard live one of my favorite musician: Raphael Saadiq. His melodies, riffs have been accompanying me for a long time now. I think it's hard to say that you love the work of an artist in its entirety. Well, I do love all the work of Raphael.

Back from The D !!!!!! Oh man, I love Detroit. DJ Rimarkable vs. Durandy ripped the city in half. Off the hook; we had a blast. We played with a terrific back-up band led by drummer, Eric "Rainman" Gaston.
